The property itself is ok, it’s fairly quiet most of the time. You smell weed quite often, they aren’t very dog friendly as they made the interior dog space a non-dog space now. However, people walk dogs off leash by I20 instead which gives me a heart attack. Getting your packages will be a pain due to switching to Fetch and you can’t get anything to your actual address bc they forward it for you. They don’t take ownership of the unit after you start your lease and make you pay to replace your... own fridges filter. Clean spaces, accessible to a lot of great food/shopping options, friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the interstate so getting around is pretty easy. I work in the area so being able to park my vehicle for days and have access to everything I need is amazing.

Elan Madison Yards is in a convenient location that has just about everything you need within a 5 mile radius. I love the modern theme of the apartment and overall building, there’s a nice a gym and pool available to you. Excellent and knowledgeable work staff.

This is a fantastic community! It’s super clean, the amenities are always in good condition, and the community events are fun! 10/10!
