Very Pleased With Living Here

I just moved in after living in my last apartment for over 5 years. I will say that getting adjusted to city living has not been the easiest but I love my apartment here. My neighbors seem friendly and the building has been quiet for the most part. The entire office staff has been so helpful and so friendly. I haven't had any maintenance issues yet so fingers crossed. I like it here because it's close to my job and out of all the places I toured, the people I interacted with here seemed... warmer. Will updated in about 6 months.

Amazing Property

I'm moving from Tampa, Florida, and I wanted to live in the city. The staff was truly excellent and informative on top of the apartments are well kept up. I was amazed by all the space in the S floor plan, even without the balcony. Ania was super knowledgable about the property and knowing she lived in the area for years put my mind at ease. I'm looking forward to leasing in Feburary.

Tens on West was a great place when I first moved here. While the apartment is cozy. The building issues with safety and security. Among others is not worth the rent prices.

I used to be a resident here and I loved it. My city view apartment, on the top floor and very spacious. Walkable distance to Publix and plenty of places to eat was so convenient. The staff was so friendly too. felt like a real home.
