THE MGMT IS SCAMMING do not fall for moving specials
The leasing agent Connie M., the leasing manager Melissa Blanton, and their supervisor Jenny Boyd are all scamming people and they refuse to give anyone the contact information of their supervisor. Do not fall for their specials. I have multiple emails from the leasing staff telling me I would be eligible for their free month of rent special. I informed via email and in person I would only apply if I got the rent special and was ensure I would get free rent. They refused to give me info until I... applied, then when I was charged my first full month of rent I asked about when I would receive a free month of rent. They lied and said I wasn’t eligible. I had the emails and showed the manager Melissa and where I was told I would get the free month of rent and she said they wouldn’t honor it. After weeks of going back and forth she finally gave me her supervisor Jenny Boyd’s information, after asking for it at least 5 times. I forwarded all the emails to Jenny and told her I was already told before that I would receive the free month before applying. She told me I wouldn’t get the special and that was the end of the conversation and refuses to give me her supervisors info. The 2 times I came to tour the apartment Connie was so rude to me.
That is only half of the problem. When moving in they weren’t flexible about the move in date and told me I would be charged. I moved in the closet shelves were hanging off the walls. The bathrooms still had apparatus left in it from maintenance.The heat was broken and it was in the 40s. The hot water wasn’t working. The microwave was broken and both patio doors and the front door were broken so anyone could have just bust in whenever which I’m pretty sure happened because I had multiple boxes I moved into to my apartment missing after I moved in. It took them about a month to fix any of this and I had to email and call up there almost everyday. Cars get broken into and there is glass in the parking lot. The biggest roaches I have ever seen are crawling out of the vents. The knobs to turn the water on in my shower are all about to fall off and hanging off. Do not live here. The staff is terrible and doesn’t know anything about customer service and the conditions suck. The cheap rent isn’t worth it because my bill keeps going up. They say it’s from the water but it’s 3x what I paid at my last place. Save yourself the time money and effort.
