Avenue 33 Apartments

I just moved in so... So far so good. The lady in the leasing office that helped me was amazing. Ms. Frost, I believe. She helped me get in and was very friendly when I bugged her over and over about every step in the leasing process. My unit was clean, my kids love their new spaces. Only thing that needs improvement is the abundance of trash at the dumpster. I've seen the trash man empty it but it fills up within 2 days and is overflowing again. Might need a third dumpster or larger ones.

It’s been great , peaceful, but I would like for gate to start working for better security overall whole community is great really commute for me.

My experience has been great, thus far. I have no complaints. It's pretty decent so far. I feel safe here. If I have any problems with anything, I just call maintenance and get a fast response.

The price point is amazing. The only thing I do suggest is improvement of trash services. People just leave trash just anywhere. I don’t think it’s the complex fault but they need a solution to this issue.

My requests are handled quickly and the staff is so sweet! It’s pretty quiet over here and no one bothers us at all. The 24 hr gym is convenient too!
