Everything has been great thus far, the maintenance personnel Rico had been extra helpful with assisting with minor repairs.

Everything thing has been good so far. My agent has been very nice and helpful. A special Thank you to Rochelle! Repairs needed has also been in a timely fashion. Looking forward to a great year hopefully.

My experience at this complex was terrible the people who cut the grass blow my rug into the walkway, maintenance never fixed my door or window. They do nothing for noise complaints

The apartment was not ready as expected and put my in a position where I had to stay in a hotel. My previous residence (airbnb) someone was moving in the same day I was moving out. The apartment was not in move in condition and lot of work still needed to be done. The staff was courteous but slow on getting done and had to do some repairs myself. (ie: every cabinets was in poor shape, dirty, needed attention) I asked for repairs however the crew that was sent did a horrible job. I had to... change the dirty and crusty cabinets hinges and paint all the cabinets. The patio needed a step added and the side yard from the patio is nothing but a muddy mess when it rains.
