This is a quiet neighborhood. There is very little noise pollution. The landscaping is upkept. Some units are remodeled but if you want to spend less there are units that do not have upgrades.

The transition was great and Vicky was super nice. I just keep finding some apartment issues but nothing to serious. Love the amenities plus a quiet neighborhood.

From the time I applied to the time I moved in everything was great . Ms Vickey and Ms Carliss are so knowledgeable about every part of the the process this is my first apartment and I am so happy and satisfied. It was easy to apply and easy to move in. Thank you ladies so much

Don’t move here! Instant regret I promise!
Management and maintenance are horrible. Not to mention they do their best so you never get your deposit back! I lived there from 2022-2024 for 18 months
