Mold mildew bugs!?? Keep your money stay away.
First before I even get started they are the worst in answering the phone. I can find myself calling back to back and can’t even get in touch with anyone. They were great at first until after I moved in I could see a different side from the staff. I have brought a mold issue to their attention. They responded they told me someone would could come and take a look but never did. This was at least three months ago. To this day I still call and still ask if this mold thing would continue to be an... issue. I’m about ready to end my lease and move elsewhere. I am an extremely clean individual and I feel so ignored and I’m paying all this rent and nothing gets done about my issues. I literally have green/ blue mildew in my bathroom tub growing each day and I have a faucet leak which doesn’t make it any better. I’m trying to hang in there but I’m about ready to dip. I have even been to the ER because I cannot breathe with all the mold in my apartment that is spreading and my Roomate had to throw away over half of her belongings because everything she owes has mold growing on it! It’s ridiculous for it to have even got to that point. But I do know that I will be contacting the property management group they need people that actually care about our needs.
