We absolutely love living in our apartment! The space is super clean, and the staff is genuinely amazing—always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Overall good experience but can get very loud on weekends and lots of non resident guests using amenities on weekends. Elevators take a long time.

Our building facilities and common areas are great and I've lived in four different buildings in Chicago downtown area, we have the best front desk and security service here. They are friendly, helpful, and make me feel save.

However, just like anyother buildings, our building management team isn't very responsive whenever I reach out for help. Sometimes I need to reach out to them multippultime for resolving one matter.
