I enjoy living here. It's mostly quiet and peaceful.
The staff is always so kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The events that the property management office does are really fun.

Prices are really high.
Lawn mowers are really early in the morning (when one is sleeping still).
Pet fee is unnecessary.

Scenery is nice.
Noise is minimal.
Apartment is pretty.
