I love my apartment and can’t say enough good things about this unique and wonderful complex with all the great amenities supported by an excellent management and maintenance team, I’m so glad I’ve made this my apartment home!!!

My husband and I have been in this particular apartment since 2016 which is when it had been renovated and given new appliances. The refrigerator is now 8 years old and was running all the time. The head of maintenance, Jason, came in and checked it out. He found that the area by the motor was very dirty and vacuumed out that area. Now, the refrigerator is working like it used to so I am very pleased. Thank you Jason!

The apartment complex is a very nice one, only complaint we have is that there is no parking available past hours, as we work until late at night.

Renew Wheaton is an exceptional place to call home! The complex is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to come back to every day. The maintenance team is outstanding, always prompt and thorough with any requests. It’s also a wonderfully dog-friendly community, which has been a huge plus for us and our furry friends.
