I enjoy my time here, I have had no problems here. Haven’t seen any rodents and no issues with noise or property damage. Neighbors are fine too

Fantastic I really liked the house and neighborhood. The best this that the house is very near to grocery stores and the things which is needed for family

Renew has been very decent for the two years I have been here. The building is very quiet and the people working the office are very respectful.
On top of that, the maintenance is very quick and professional about their work.

Not bad! I’m living here from November 2023, and have a lot Of experience. Th reasons of my 3 star: old apartments, not good apartments renovations and 15 months of lease(this is too much) because they initially had no other options, only 15 months of lease.

Just moved this last weekend and had to open a maintenance requested, maintenance was quick and great. So far very happy, the highways and common areas are always clean.
