I have had a good experience here. It’s a nice community and lots of amenities and a spacious apartment for a good price. I’d recommend living here to people that ask.

Staff has been helpful with keeping contact for moving in. The move in process has been seamless so far. The apartment was clean when we moved in and had no complaints. Neighbors appear noisy but the staff has sent out emails addressing noise complaints which is reassuring.

Excellent love this community, it is very calm and safe.
They love animals, children have fun within our community, we let them know if we see anything out of the ordinary. I really recommend living here 1000%

I wanna give five stars but I can’t because I’m a little upset with how long it taking for maintenance fix for door when it’s not sealed properly (door needs to be replaced)
New management staff is wonderful!

"I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained community. The management team is fantastic – they’re always quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely care about residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and the staff goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a peaceful atmosphere, and the amenities like the gym and pool are always... clean and accessible. I also appreciate the community events that bring neighbors together and make this feel more like home. My apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and has quality appliances, making daily life comfortable and enjoyable.
