Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and complete an online check-in form, which may require a photo ID. Check-in starts at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking or vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs, including Marijuana, are prohibited. Parties, gatherings, or events and excessive noise are not allowed. Only listed guests are allowed on the property. Commercial business work without consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are prohibited. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage on the premises and must report any property damage. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules.
