Don’t recommend.
If I could give 0 stars then I would. We had no problems living in the Berkshire Apartments and Townhomes until it came to breaking our lease due to a job change. We knew of the money we’d have to spend in order to break the lease but when we asked if we could have somebody take over our lease in the beginning of July, the leasing office said yes that’s fine. I even called twice to confirm it. Well two weeks later we get an email saying actually no you can’t. So we had to pay the money for... breaking the lease on top of half months rent because THE LEASING OFFICE misinformed US. If we had known somebody couldn’t have taken over our lease we would’ve put in the 30 day notice when we called regarding it. When we tried to call the regional manager, she basically said if we didn’t have the money then we shouldn’t have even moved in and that we should’ve read our lease. So nice! You also get charged additional fees for when you move out that aren’t directly addressed in the lease. $75 for a carpet cleaning that already had stains on it when we moved in. Go somewhere else to save your money and time dealing with management because who knows what they're gonna tell you.
