Way too many rules popping up
Every time I see an email come in from management I shudder....must be new rules. For instance, the pool used to be open 24/7 and now closes at sunset or 8:30 PM. The rooftop used to be open 24/7 and now strictly closes at 10 PM. They suddenly took away the paper cups from the PUBLIC coffee machine so you now have to bring your own and can't get any for your guests. You will pay $120+/month for a parking spot and then they will do garage cleaning that takes 3-4 days and they don't have any... back-up option for you to park during that time....It is a beautiful building but this management company is ruining it. Advice to management: Stop making us feel like we live in a college dorm with all these rules. Everyone is fed up. We're all adults here!!!
