I love the location and the staff is very nice. There are three grocery stores near by so that’s great. A ton of rewards programs. Highly recommend.

Just moved in and so far so good. Clean hallways and a clean gym! The heater/AC has been working well. Shawmen from the leasing office has been very communicative and very responsive when I have a problem or question.

This place has gone severely downhill time and time again. Right now is worst it’s been. Management does not communicate unless you make yourself a problem. Gave one day notice for construction that they said would take a month, were two weeks past that now with no updates (which they said they would do) with a careless construction crew who blasts music, yells, throws siding into peoples windows, smoked in the courtyard, and make noise for twelve hours a day and still somehow have barely... anything done. They leave the doors open which let in HUGE flies and tons of sawdust all over the first floor. The trash room access is blocked from half the building unless you trek across the building to an elevator or take stairs up and down to get there (the building layout is terrible for the first floor).
Had a security guard for about a month before they decided it cost too much (this is cushman and Wakefield. You can afford it.) which we had gotten because of the number of domestics, homeless people getting in and setting fires, and people coming in and stealing packages.
The courtyard has been trashed all summer which was complained about since spring but they decided to just put it off and do construction instead. Why do we pay a premium for amenities we can’t even use and management who refuses to communicate unless you force them to.
