Uptown Lake Apartments

If I could give zero stars I would. This place only continues to go downhill every year. Neighbors being loud all hours or the night blasting music, no security, no communication skills in the office. Used to be a fairly nice place to live but not in the past 2 years.

Management seemed to go out of its way NOT to respond to tenant concerns. The maintenance office never answered the phone, never returned voicemails. A water leak once went unaddressed for three days before anyone did anything. The office staff never answer the phone or return calls. They’re kind when you’re considering Uptown Lake, but lose any interest in you once you sign the lease. They leave work early, ignore problems, and fail to communicate when large issues in the building are afoot... (including safety and health code issues). Accessibility, friendly neighbors, staff, comfortable rooms

I love the location and the staff is very nice. There are three grocery stores near by so that’s great. A ton of rewards programs. Highly recommend.

So far it is nice no problems very easy to go to the store it’s down the street pharmacy as well plus restaurants very convenient for anyone
