We're sorry to hear about the issues you faced with the HVAC... system in your apartment. Our maintenance team did their best to address your complaints and ensure that the system was functioning properly. However, we understand that it may not have been up to your expectations. We do want to clarify that St. Louis recently experienced the hottest summer on record, and the system may have had to work extra hard this year due to the location of your unit on the upper level.
Regarding the issue of smoke and weed smell, we have not received any other complaints about this, and the office has not noted any issues within your particular unit or building. However, we take all complaints seriously and will investigate further to ensure that our property is in compliance with local laws and regulations.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the pool hours and the office's availability. We understand that these are important amenities and services, and we will make every effort to address these concerns and improve our communication with our residents.
