Not worth the price
The apartments are so inefficient. We keep our apartment on 67 degrees and paid $200 for our electric bill in December. December was mild weather, so I can only imagine what the bill will be in colder temps.
They do not call you back and are rude in messages when you ask them questions. They try to nickle and dime you and increase prices for everything once you start living here. My carpet has a huge sticky patch--which I didn't notice when I moved in because the entire floor was wet from... where they had tried to clean the carpet the hour before I moved in (the apartment was clearly not ready for move in). They lie about doing regular maintenance to the apartment/building. The actual unit is decent--but they are awful in every other way.
