Way Fare is a very nice place to live, the complex is a classy looking place for people passing by. It is well maintained and very nice apartments inside. The staff is overly accommodating to your concerns.

I hate the cement floors. They are cold and cracking. When I decided to rent apartment. The ad said wood flooring. I pay to much for cold ugly cement flooring. I see new apartments developments in the area for the same amount that I am paying here at Wayfare. They have vinyl wood look that are beautiful. The cement floors in my apartment are grey and old looking wish at least they would update to vinyl wood look. It does not cost that much for what we are paying to live here. As my first apartment I think this was a great choice. The rate is doable for a first time renter. The location is great. Being close to the highway makes easy access for me to go to work. I love being close to grocery stores and retail shops.
