I was a walk in and the leasing agent was kind enough to take me on a tour. The apartment building is very comfortable immediately and features local art from the area. The move in process was very easy. Love my decision to move here!

I have really enjoyed the Manager Sam--he is wonderful! The property events are a lot of fun and I have created a community here because of them. The location is also incredible! Right along the light rail and walking distance from a bunch of bars and restaurants. My difficulties with the property are that the package room is a nightmare and it takes so long sometimes to find my packages. In addition, there are many pet owners who do not pick up after their dogs. My dog can barely find a spot in... the grass--it has gotten so bad that I have considered moving because of this issue. Hopefully they will find a solution soon!

“Living at 30Six NoDa has been a great experience! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the light rail, restaurants, and everything NoDa has to offer. The amenities are top-notch—especially the saltwater pool, fitness center, and skyline terrace with amazing city views. The staff is always friendly and responsive, making sure any concerns are addressed quickly. I also love how pet-friendly the community is, with a dedicated pet park and spa. If you’re looking for a vibrant, convenient... place to live in Charlotte, I highly recommend 30Six NoDa!

I’ve had a great experience at 30Six! The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance is quick, and the amenities are always clean. The location is super convenient, and the apartments are modern and spacious. Highly recommend!

I would give more stars, but my apartment has continually smelled like weed every single day all day long for the last 6 months and it has not been taken care of or had any email notifications to remind residents to not be smoking on the premises or in apartments. It’s a shame because I love my apartment but not when it smells the way it does 24/7, and the amount of people dealing with black mold? Very concerning.
