It's been really great so far. The leasing staff was really attentive and helped me find the perfect layout. Beyond that the apartment is beautiful.

Disappointed in the realities of using certain amenities such as the luxer package room, guest parking, and maker space that make the high cost of rent feel overpriced due to the loss of “luxury” feel from the inconvenience of being unable to easily use advertised features.
The positives are that the apartment staff are really great and do their best to explain policies outside of their control and help fix issues as much as they can. The tall ceilings in the apartments themselves are nice for... making even smaller square footage units feel much larger. The community spaces are always clean and well maintained, not to mention the convenience of daily trash valet. All my fellow residents that I’ve met so far are incredibly friendly and it genuinely feels like a great community to be a part of, especially with it’s proximity to North Davidson attractions and the light rail stop.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand your frustration with the Luxer package room, and we’re working to get it back up and running within the week. Unfortunately, we’ve been waiting on a part that’s on backorder, and there... have been issues with the magnetic strip, but it should be fully operational soon. It’s great to hear that the staff has been helpful and that you’ve had positive interactions with your neighbors. We hope the team can address these issues and improve access to amenities to match the high standards set in other areas.

The management staff has been warm, welcoming, and helpful. The facilities and amenities are well thought out, and well maintained, and the location can't be beat for accessibility to both NoDa and public transit.

Apartments are large and amenities are clean. There are constantly events held in the common areas and the management staff is super helpful!

My experience has been well overall. I like the community and the events held within the community. The trash service is not always reliable but that is small compared to how much I enjoy living in the complex.
