Very nice place. Customer service great. My apartment is lovely. Can't wait to use the pool. Hope to be there along time. The place smells great.

Overall, my experience at Cadence has been good. I've lived here for almost 7 years and it's better than it was a few years ago. Amenities and location are good for the price. I'd recommend for most of my friends looking for a deal on an apt.

I've enjoyed becoming a resident at Cadence Music Factory. This place has checked all of my wants and them some. The location is great and central to downtown Charlotte and other amenities. The leasing team is also awesome and make the living experience so much better.

Been here for multiple years and overall the experience has been good thus far. The traffic on 277, train and people going to music factory are the only downfall if you don’t like to hear constant noise.
