We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at The Weathersby at Station Circle Apartments but will take this opportunity to improve. We do strive to respond to all emails and new prospects within 24 hours, so I am sad to hear that this was... the experience you had. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and a positive experience for both our current residents and potential new residents. We do have a smaller on-site staff here so that means sometimes we are pulled from the phones and/or emails temporarily to tend to other matters.
