Overall good - I love the high ceilings in my apartment. I do wish more things worked: amenities like key fob security, grills, fire pit, etc.

I waited to see how things were during the weekend & I give this neighborhood a 5 star. This is such a great location with mindful neighbors. I never had to put in any maintenance requests because they literally came and asked if I needed anything else and fixed it right then and there. They were ON IT! This has been the easiest move in process and I am so happy with my apartment location. Definitely feels like I’m getting what I paid for!

Great complex. Office staff n maintenance e crew are quick to fix any issues. Lived here 4 yrs in 2 different appts. All amenities are always open, clean and working. Great place all round
