Too high priced for what it has to offer. It may have a gated community, but that means nothing and you will see plenty of non-residents at the pool disrupting your day. Go to management, but nothing will be done. Also, way overpriced especially with all the new developments in the area. My kids no longer wanted to live there due to multiple concerns that were not addressed. I would seriously look elsewhere.

119 South is a great apartment complex. My two bedroom apartment has a great layout, plenty of space, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.

Property kept Clean and safe environment to live. Office staff available and friendly. Most concerns are handle in a timely manner depending on when reported or nature of the concern.
