For my first time renting, the Victor has been a good community and property. Our unit is in good condition and we love the unique high ceilings and huge windows. It feels very spacious. The location is very quiet, which is great, and people keep to themselves, and we’ve never felt unsafe. Over the year we’ve lived here, we noticed the overall building could use some minor updates. things break or stop working at times which is normal and the maintenance staff is usually quick to handle requests... . The property managers listen to feedback and try to address resident concerns. The only downsides are that the price seems high, and we lack amenities compared to other modern apartment complexes. The gym is nice, there are a couple meeting rooms, but the roof deck is small and the main one needs repairs or is inaccessible/locked.

So far so good! Henry gave me my tour (TYSM) and I was sold. I needed some very minor fixes, and they were quick to respond and everything worked out smoothly moving in. Concierge was efficient and able to make my move in seamless and comfortable as well (TY Chris). Maintenance (Eddie) gave me tips on keeping things in order and I really appreciated the useful info. Sorry if I have the name incorrect but Jaxion has been super helpful as well in the leasing office. Ty all! 5 ??

Good experience living here. Would definitely recommend anyone living near Rutgers or Cooper hospital to consider The Victor Lofts over any other option.
