Comfortable and nice, some great views from balconies. It's convenient to be able to have a gym or mail a letter from your building.
Apartments are spacious. Feels like home and for the most part quiet.

Great neighbors, location, and the maintenance crew is top notch and oh, did I mention location!.. It is near everywhere and ease of transportation to Philadelphia, NYC, the shore etc.
