Everything has been amazing besides the heater malfunctioning within our 1st week here.
The maintenance had to come more than 3-4 times, for now it's working fine.

So far your leasing office (Jewel) has made this a seamless process. The location is perfect and the amenities look lovely. The apartment itself is beautiful, looking forward to soaking in the tub and having in unit washer and dryer will make things much easier. The kitchen storage and stainless steel appliances are such a nice touch. My move in date isn't until the 31st but I'm looking forward to it.

Great neighborhood, everything is convenient to get to. Supermarket, church, eateries, etc.

Quite community, residents mostly keep to themselves, but all interactions are friendly.
Would love to see some simple amenities such as a small playground/swings for kids added. There are also a fair amount of dogs, I feel the community would also benefit from a dog wash. Both things I feel could help this complex simply help build some community as well as keep up with other complexes in the area

I’ve had an overall okay experience renting here. The staff is friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. However, there is a problem with the intercom not working for more than a month, making it difficult when visitors come around or with deliveries.
