It was great living here. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The amenities were pleasant to use. Did not have any issues with excessive noise

I have been living in this apartment building for over 4 years, and I absolutely love it here! The location is unbeatable — right next to the Hudson River, offering beautiful views of Manhattan and easy access to the city but bus in only 20 minutes.
The amenities are fantastic as well. There’s everything you could need, from a well-maintained gym to a welcoming common area, pool and grills, making it a great place to unwind and socialize. The building itself is modern, clean, and very... well-managed, which makes living here a true pleasure.
I also can’t get enough of my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It’s incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room for relaxation, and hosting friends. The layout is perfect, and I love how much natural light pours in through the large windows.
Overall, this building offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and quality. I’ve been here for years and still feel like it's the ideal place for me. Highly recommend!

Its so nice Building And clean and the stuff so sweet everything good in this building I had it since I move really I advise everybody to have apartment in this building

Rusty and maintenance team tend to be very rude.They seem to complete maintenance orders and barge in when convenient for the team. Uncomfortable experience as a resident that is working and currently in school. I
