Residence feels safe. Wish the gym had more equipment such as free weights or other machines. Being in a gated community makes it feel safe and trusting.

The management and maintenance had always been professional and on top of things for the most part. The apartments themselves are not well made and there always seems to be an issue. For example my heaters been broken several times and the a/c. My entire ceiling caved in in my spare room due to rain and flooded the apartment was literally a mess for an entire month and rent was not pro rated. I can hear every little thing my neighbors do through the walls. Cars are regularly getting broken into.... The apartment is not renovated as advertised.

Upstairs neighbor is very disrespectful always slamming doors, banging stuff and yelling all the time. We have a baby that always gets woken up from naps or sleeping at night because of them.
