AYA ABQ is a great place to live. Maintenance issues are followed up in a timely manner. The staff is professional, kind, knowledgeable and responsive to your needs.

After living here for almost a year now I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. The staff is terrible and not helpful at all, the apartments are not maintained what so ever, AC constantly breaking. There is so much more I would say but I don’t want to be terribly cruel.l The attitude and verbiage you receive from the staff is disgusting. The only nice people are their maintenance, and even they know this place is terrible and cheap when it comes to fixing anything.

Staff and management are very nice and friendly. neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Public areas such as pools, dog park, grill areas, and gym are very well maintained and clean.

Not bad rent is a little high staff is nice nice pools apt are big nice gym neighbors are nice. Parking needs work back parking is dark they need to put lights
