Very happy with the experience at this complex. The staff is amazing, especially the maintenance staff. The pool is awesome, and well maintained, and the landscaping is great. I plan on staying here for quite some time.

The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are also very nice. My apartment It’s in great condition.. Staff are extremely friendly! But the parking is awful.. almost feels as if they want you to pay for the covered parking! Because there’s about 7 regular spots and the next 20 are all covered! So, if you work late there’s absolutely no way you’re getting one of those 7 parking spots, then you’re stuck walking very far just to get to your apartment. Why not automatically include parking it in... the rent? Instead of us having to go ask for one, because then you go ask for a covered parking spot and there’s a waitlist!

We inform residents if they have additional vehicles that they are not using, please... store them elsewhere. We have had an increase in roommate situations that have increased the number of vehicles in the parking lot as well. This is something we continue to work with.
