A full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner. Pet fees are required, with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked.
