Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the apartment. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the apartment. A one-time pet fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked.
