5-star maintenance technician but terrible property manager
The maintenance team is great, always quick and professional. I was going to give a 5/5 but the terrible property manager dropped it to 2/5. 1st, a pervious PM promised a $500 credit if I renewed, however one month later new manager came and claimed that was not real. 2nd, extremely slow and lack of communication skills. When I told her to add a work order, she said I should always go to online resident service first not straight told her. I preferred to tell the technician and that was much... faster. 3rd, one of the PMs, she tried to make me pay a full month rent that I only lived 3 weeks. Although I did have a 60-day move-out notice, she just not wanted to help me change the amount and threat me the late fee will be added if I did not do what she said. I am so glad that I can move out and have a better life. If the property manager issue cannot be resolved, this place will keep losing more residents. Fun fact: There were 8 neighbor families lived in my unit in January, and there were only 4 now.
