How Is This Rating Determined?

Save your money and mental health

This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. Management are the worst people I have ever dealt with and don't know how they still have a job. Don't expect maintenance to help with anything either and when you complain you will be told that you are harassing them. They go against your lease which has now made me get a lawyer. Save your time, money, and health and don't even look here.

Excelente condominio, buenos servicios, areas verdes y sendero buenos para ejercitarse, si tienes niños es ideal, en verano la piscina... tranquilo,seguro. Buena administracion, gracias a Marlon por su buena colaboracion, gracias Britton woods por trabajar cada dia para hacer de nuestro hogar unico.

Do Not Live Here

They didn’t let us see our apartment before signing the lease. We moved in to very old carpet, and old and messed up cabinets and bathrooms. They charged us $300 to fix a problem we didn’t cause in the bathroom. Maintenance takes forever even with emergencies. Our front door has had problems almost 10 times now, they give temporary fixes that break within the week! There is ALWAYS dog poop in the grass, and if your pipes freeze in the winter, you end up with no heat, too! Inhumane conditions to... live in, do not waste your time and money!!!

I enjoyed my time at Britton woods

The neighborhood is wonderful and I really liked how well the property was taken care of. They were very short staffed for a while so some issues were taking longer than normal but I think they did the best they could.
