I’ve been living at The Wyatt for about three weeks now and I can honestly say that I love it here. Everything I could ever need is within the building: from taking out the garbage to the dumpster stations, to getting my mail, to going to my car-it’s all within the bounds of the building and that has made a huge difference for me as a person with physical limitations. I love the convenience of also being able to walk a bit down the street from the main entrance and grab some food or coffee and... not need to walk too far. The layout of my apartment is beautiful-I absolutely love the huge windows and the view is also very cool. I love it here.

I’ve been a tenant at The Wyatt for two weeks and it’s evident to me that service, courtesy and professionalism are a major focus for the Wyatt team. From management to each employee, we have always been greeted with a smile and any service request has been resolved expeditiously.

Living at the Wyatt has been really great and I have every Intention of staying here long-term. The neighbors are very welcoming and I feel like I’m part of a community… And the neighborhood can’t be beat either! Staff is super helpful and always ready to listen. Love it here at the Wyatt!

Best in Portland for quality community amenities and lifestyle. The management team is professional and friendly. The apartment units are beautifully constructed and unlike any other apartment homes in Portland. The location is ideal with tree-lined residential streets close to the best choices in dining and local parks.
