We love living here! I have been here for almost 4 years and it is the best. I love being in town and being able to walk to everything. Highly recommend!

Great place to live! I enjoy my apartment and take advantage of the amenities.The location of the property in town is perfect. I can walk to my bank, church, restaurants and the park.

CSQ is the place to be in West Chester!! Nothing can beat the location that has downtown at its front door. And the staff is always ready willing and able to attend to all of your needs. ????

I've been at Chestnut Square since November 2024 and it has been great! Great community, great staff, and a very great location accessible to everything in town. Having an indoor parking garage is beneficial. Highly recommend!!
