Don’t do it
The townhomes were nice and maintenance is quick to respond but that’s about the only good thing about living here. The pool was often closed, sometimes for weeks at a time for repairs, the dumpsters overflowed, there was so much dog crap around the property that my son was never able to go outside and play without almost immediately stepping in something. I couldn’t even walk my dogs through the grass for the same reason. They put in a pathway and a play set at the front of the property, which... is completely tick infested. After walking through that area with my dogs, I would find 2-4 ticks on just myself. I had so many tick bites at one point that I had to go to the doctor and get antibiotics so I wouldn’t get lime disease. Worst of all, when I moved out I was charged $766, the charges were valid, carpets, blinds, and replacement of a door, but they only gave me 8 days to come up with the money before they’d send it to collections. They offer no payment plan and the reasoning for the limited time was “it’s just timing, it has to be paid before the end of the month” absolutely absurd this company has no problem screwing over their former tenants and ruining their credit by sending a bill that high to collections after only 8 days.
