Packages constantly stolen despite mandatory "secure" locker fees
Several of the secure lockers are broken and despite being alerted multiple times both in person and email, they are still broken 3+ months. The delivery person doesn't know they are broken so packages get stolen. Several more have been pried open to steal packages. No security camera in the package room. If you have large package that doesn't fit in the locker, the front office refuses to receive the package so they also get stolen.
