The location is nice. Close to the highway and grocery shopping. Good price for the size too. Staff is cool.

Cleanliness, convenience and attention to tenants come to mind firstly when I reflect on my tenancy here at Raintree apartments. Being my job takes me to barge and ship docks all around Houston this is a prime location to reside in. Rent here is more than fair for what you get in an apartment. Also, with necessities being less than a 5 minute drive away it just adds to the convenience of being here.

I recently had the opportunity to tour this amazing apartment, and I am beyond excited to be moving in soon! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, modern finishes, and the attention to detail in every corner. The apartment is not only stylish but also functional, with high-end appliances, ample storage space, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. It really feels like the perfect place to call home.

I’ve really enjoyed staying here at Raintree Apartments. The staff are real nice and the community seems to be a safe and quiet place to live. Real close to any store or restaurants around. I’m really gonna miss staying here.
