I absolutely love living at Cortland North Dallas. It is a very clean community, no issues with noise & the leasing office is very responsive & quick and the service team is amazing!

I enjoy living here. The complex is nice, safe and the services are awesome. Being hygiene-obsessed, I really appreciate how clean the gym is, allowing me to use it regularly. The management and maintenance teams are always attentive to my needs. Definitely recommend this place.

Cortland North Dallas is an amazing complex! The location is perfect, with grocery stores just being minutes away. The staff are really attentive too! They are always ready to help!

It used to be a better community. Now the people moving in have no respect for the rules. And since there is no security or a manager. Nobody since to care about implementing the rules. It was a lot better a few years ago.
