Fast acting on service tickets, staff is helpful and the apartment was in great condition by move in date.
One of our concerns was a private garage for our motorcycles, they helped us and set up the garage in a very short amount of time.

The apartment is spacious, well-lit, and located in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The open floor plan makes the living space feel inviting, and the large windows allow for plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, making it great for cooking.
The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, providing a good night’s rest. The bathroom is clean and updated, with good... water pressure and plenty of storage. One of the standout features is the balcony, which offers a nice spot to relax.
However, the building’s soundproofing could be better, as noise from neighbors can sometimes be heard. Parking is also limited, which may be inconvenient for those with a car. Overall, this apartment is a great option for those looking for a comfortable and well-located home with modern amenities.
