Endless noise, zero accountability
Our experience has been overshadowed by apartment management’s dismissive approach to addressing tenant concerns, particularly those involving other residents.
For several months, we had no issues with noise from the apartment above us. However, when our upstairs neighbors brought in another adult and children to live with them, excessive noise—including constant running, stomping, crashing, and banging—began almost immediately. Despite providing detailed documentation of these disturbances,... inlcuding videos, management has ignored our concerns about unauthorized occupants and dismissed the noise as “normal everyday sounds.” This feels like gaslighting.
Management’s offered “solutions,” such as transferring to another unit or terminating our lease, place the burden entirely on us rather than addressing the actual problem. Their refusal to take meaningful action has left us feeling unheard and unsupported.
