Siempre he estado satisfecho con la calidad del servicio en la solución de los problemas que se han presentado en mi apartamento, hasta ahora que no han resuelto los dos problemas pendientes

This has to be the absolute worst apartment complex, no follow-up. You can’t contact the office for anything by call, voicemail, or community portal message. All reviews are from people that haven’t actually lived on property. They’re in for a rude awakening. Thefts in complex now are at an all time high. Trash cans are full to the point it spills into the parking lot. I’ve even noticed mice in stairwells late at night. The most despicable thing of all is the system had a “glitch,” and... overcharged on rent and instead of actually taking a look into it the team member in the leasing office made up reasons why it was so high. The 24/7 fitness centers are great and pools are beautiful. Customer service from office staff and maintenance are always helpful. Loving my apartment so far!
