Duo West Champions Apartments

This has to be the absolute worst apartment complex, no follow-up. You can’t contact the office for anything by call, voicemail, or community portal message. All reviews are from people that haven’t actually lived on property. They’re in for a rude awakening. Thefts in complex now are at an all time high. Trash cans are full to the point it spills into the parking lot. I’ve even noticed mice in stairwells late at night. The most despicable thing of all is the system had a “glitch,” and... overcharged on rent and instead of actually taking a look into it the team member in the leasing office made up reasons why it was so high.
