staff is so helpful and amenities are fabulous! i had an issue with my carpet being full of pet hair from the previous owner and they replaced it for free and gave me a $100 gift card for the inconvenience.

My experience of living here for the last 2 years has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is welcoming and honest when it comes to pricing and expectations on when things will be resolved. When I invited a group of friends over to the Game room to watch the games, Karysn was nice enough to make sure we were having a good time. I appreciate the hospitality.
I have not had many issues with my apartment, however, when my A/C went out, staff let me know at the very least they will install a... portable AC unit in my room till it is fully fixed. Ultimately that was not necessary and the Maintenance crew was able to get it fixed in one day.

The amenities are very well maintained and service requests are attended to promptly. The front desk is always so helpful and welcoming. The free coffee has also been a lifesaver

Elan is great. The management is super helpful, the area is kept safe and clean, and the amenities are amazing. It can be slightly pricey but it's worth it.
