Mezzo Kirby Med Center Apartments

there are a lot of really great things about mezzo kirby med center and some not so great things. My favorite thing would have to be my location there is so much around the area that I never have to go more than 10 minutes to get anything that I need. What I dislike about the place everything is always broken such as garage is and other amenities that they offer.

I have been living for two years. It is a great community, especially for people working in TMC. Things can be better if the facilities like elevator can be fixed quicklier.

It's difficult to comment. My neighbor upstairs often stomp on the wood floor in the mid night or at the 2~4 o'clock in the early morning. This always make me wake up. I don't understand why this happens, and I just want to enjoy a good sleep. The upstairs neighbor also jump on the floor heavily in the night if I use dish washer during the day. Both the dish washer and laundry machine are originally equipped with my apartment, and I also use them in the normal way. I have already communicated... this problem with the leasing office. overall good experience living in mezzo kirby. it definitely helps that this is a new building, good amenities, no roach problems. maintenance services are not great though and can be improved

The move in process are smooth, and the leasing office, especially Yailyn Gonzales is very responsible. The environment seems nice and clean.
