Great Place!!!

I have lived at this property for 3 years and am still happy with the decision to live here. The property management changed but they continue to enhance the property with upgrades. The Leasing Manager and staff- Michelle, Aubrey and Mary along with Maintenance Staff members are professional and personable.

Great

My experience has been great thus far. The property is very quiet, neighbors are nice, I have no complaints. I feel safe. The office keep you up on the note around the property. The office staff is very nice.

Too many problems for such a little time

In 9 months of living here I've dealt with 2 floods, breaking into vehicles, leaking window seals and huge roach problem. Stay away!

Oldie but Goodie

This apartment complex is old but not run down. Updated appliances and nice living space. Neighbors are friendly. As a first time mover I was really nervous about the process, but the staff was helpful and worked with me and my roomate. Happy with the outcome. Really affordable. Great maintenance and easy access to Houstons main highway. So blessed and thankful for the move. Making my Apartments a home
