We happily accept up to 2 pets per apartment home. We have a one time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet, and monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, or all mixes of the above listed breeds.

Management is rude, incompetent and miserable people. They will not do anything but decide to kick u out when the apt ur renting has issues and they don’t want to fix them.
