I have been living in the community since 2023. we love it, very friendly staff and responsive. It's a perfect location, close to everything and it's a walkable neighborhood.

The property is starting to show signs of age and management is slow to respond to concerns (if at all).
The maintenance team is good but the management team has had a lot of turnover.

I've had a fantastic first year. The staff is great! Maintenance is prompt. The facilities are kept clean. I felt safe. It's a great place to live.
