Good Place
Sawgrass, and the Westdale Hills apartment community in general, is actually pretty good for the price. I live in a one-bedroom, 700 sq. ft. apartment, and I only pay $525 a month, going up to $570 when my lease is renewed. It's still going to be the cheapest apartment this side of 820, the A/C always works, the work crews are quick to fix any problems you have, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. I'm 20 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, 25 minutes from Uptown Dallas, 15 minutes from... the airport and 15 minutes from the stadiums in Arlington.
The only complaints that one might lodge are that the washers and dryers are dodgy at best, the pool is basically never open if you work past 5 PM, and the traffic lights in this area are a little ridiculous, as most are signed "No Right on Red." It is a little bit longer than convenient a drive to a grocery store, but if you're okay with 10-15 minutes, you've got Target, Wal-Mart, and Aldi to the north, and Tom Thumb and Whole Foods to the south.
It's a pretty good place to live, all things considered.
