Cortland MacArthur needs a lot of improvements in the community including regular maintenance services. Regular water problem has become a routine during last 6 months. Also security gates are not functioning properly.

The overall service quality and maintenance of this community is taking a toll. I have been a resident of this community for 5byears now and I am seriously debating if I should continue my stay here. I am saddened how the quality is deteriorating while the rent is going up every year .
